Just got my first project. Been on the Jalopy Journal and Ford Barn talking about it. I am all for advice, so give me some. I got 2 videos so far.

my advise for a model a is get rid of the factory frame. Unless your going to restore it to stock, they are not worth keeping. Get a good aftermarket frame. The will be much stronger and set up already for better suspension and for whatever drivetrain you plan for it.

Ambitious! I hope you're able to use something other than a SBC or an LSx for motivation.

So one year in, how’s the project? I’ve got a fully restored ‘31 Cab (68-C, even!) that’s I’ve been running for 16 years now.
